Daily News Agent
With limited time and news spread across many sources, it can be difficult to keep up. I built an AI-powered news workflow that collects, organizes, and summarizes important stories in one place, helping me stay informed while saving time.
VPN Support AI Agent
By observing how IT teams repeatedly search troubleshooting guides, collect the same employee details, verify access, update tickets, and escalate unresolved incidents, I recognized an opportunity to automate the repetitive parts of the process while keeping consent and human escalation in the loop.
I designed and built this project to demonstrate how an AI agent can move beyond answering questions: it can follow business rules, retrieve trusted information, use tools in a controlled order, update persistent records, and hand work back to a person when automation is not appropriate.
